All purchases will be sent within 1-3 business days after purchase is completed, unless otherwise specified on the listing or if the item is temporarily out of stock.

Items will be sent via USPS, First Class mail with tracking included. First Class Domestic Shipping takes, on average, 2-5 business days, but can take longer in some cases.

PLEASE NOTE: First Class International Mail only provides tracking while in the states. Once an international package leaves the states, the post office is unable to track it. International shipments take, on average, 11-14 business days, and can even take longer. If you believe your shipment has been lost, please contact me. Claims for lost packages can be made to the post office 14 days after the estimated time of arrival.

If you are unhappy with your purchase or it is damaged in the mail, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your item. You are eligible for a full refund once you've returned the item. Please note that you will be responsible for return shipping.

Conditions of return:
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Shipping charges are not refundable.
